Exciting retro suite in Italy celebrates the wild 50s in America

Drive-in themed Suite in Turin | A bright red Chevrolet with integrated jacuzzi on the loading area forms the centerpiece of this spectacular vintage-style retro suite, which takes guests from Italy to America in the 1950s. The cheeky love nest with converted pickup car, round bed and American Diner furniture is based on a drive-in cinema and offers the perfect playground for couples with a sense of design and nostalgia
Drive-in Suite
A bright red Chevrolet with built-in mini pool inspires guests of a spectacular designed hotel room in Turin with irresistible vintage flair

Take yourself back to 1950s America and experience the atmosphere of a classic drive-in somewhere in the United States. This theme suite makes it possible.

Round bed, chessboard-like base in black and white, characteristic wall decor, neon panels and red-and-white striped dinner furniture in the style of the time offer authentic retro flair.

The spectacular centrepiece of the hotel suite is a bright red pick up with a built-in mini pool on the loading area, from which you have visual contact - as in the real drive-in - with a large screen opposite.

Instead of a rendezvous at the kidney table, the 75 square metre retro suite offers an adventurous journey back to the America of the 50s. Whether having a cocktail in the driver's cabin or taking a bath in the built-in bubble bath on the pick-up platform, the atmosphere of the wild Rockin' Fifties is always present.

The original Chevrolet as an eye-catcher, drive-in cinema and American Diner are just as much a part of the American decade's attitude to life. The sight of the cult truck, which was especially appreciated by farmers, shines not only with men's eyes. Vintage romanticism and nostalgia are combined here with modern media and lighting technology to create an exclusive experience.

The accommodation is soundproofed so that guests do not only get into full swing in the Chevy, so that neither noise can penetrate outside nor disturbances from outside are to be feared.

The suite also offers a flat screen TV with large screen, room safe and air conditioning, as well as free care products, hair dryer and towels in your own bathroom. Additional comfort is provided by free WLAN, room service and a free mini-bar.

The four-star hotel is only a 10-minute drive from downtown Turin. The airport of Turin can be reached by car within 15 minutes.

In addition to a 24-hour reception, free newspapers and room service, guests can use practical facilities such as an elevator, luggage room and safe.

Breakfast and parking are included in the price. The general hotel facilities include a chic restaurant, a bar, 2 conference rooms and a bright fitness room. Guests also have access to a wellness area with sauna and whirlpool.

From $289,- per night (Exchange rate August 2018)
for 2 persons including breakfast and parking

Environmentally friendly holidays in a luxury design treehouse in the middle of Tuscany

Natural holidays in an ecologically designed treehouse hotel with pool and garden, surrounded by amazing lavender fields and the green hills of Tuscany | For the first time, ecological demands, luxury and high-tech merge into a harmonious combination in a modern treehouse. The high recreational factor makes the organic accommodation on stilts the ideal retreat for dreaming, loving, reading, writing or listening to music | See for yourself now!
Black Cabin
Italy: Stay ecologically & close to nature in Europe's largest tree house

Eco-holidays are no longer a side issue! This high-tech tree house in Tuscany with a fully glazed designer shower as a sparkling eye-catcher meets the increasing demand for environmentally friendly accommodation in unspoilt nature without sacrificing comfort and style.

The 'Black Cabin' suite is the second EKO-certified tree house on the 12-hectare complex and the largest in Europe. Under the branches of a 200-year-old sea fir, the view extends from the 7-metre-high terrace of the Monti Cimini mountain range to Lake Tarquin.

The high recreational factor makes the accommodation an ideal retreat for dreaming, loving, reading, writing or listening to music.

The extraordinary interiors of the 87 square metre tree suite were designed by an interior designer from Brescia and impress with their luxurious elegance and simplicity.

The high-quality equipment surprises with unusual combinations such as Canadian cedar wood, glass and steel, contrasting colours and natural fabrics such as linen and organically grown cotton. Only selected materials of the highest quality were considered for the design.

For the first time, ecological demands, luxury and high-tech merge into a harmonious combination in a tree house.

The designer bed in front of an Etruscan Bucchero wall covering (black clay), which gave the suite its name, is equipped with pocket spring mattresses. As an erotic blast, an acrylic glass pane at the head end provides stimulating insights into the crystal shower behind it.

Design elements made of black steel, mirrors and designer luminaires with LED light immediately create an unwound atmosphere. A relaxation area with upholstered couch and telescope provides special comfort. The changing room with light barrier should also be unique for a tree house.

The bathroom with a shower visible from the bed has its own toilet, biological care products and a hair dryer. The media equipment includes a 32-inch HD flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a Bose home cinema system, a Blu Ray player and a CD or Mp3 player.
A refrigerator filled with champagne, sparkling wine, soft drinks and water is available for guests (for a fee). If the days or nights should turn out cooler, the tree house is heatable. For very warm summer nights, the suite also has air conditioning.

The terrace, equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs, is suitable for sunbathing and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding lavender fields and olive groves. The daily organic breakfast with homemade pastries, lavender muffins, fresh ricotta, lavender honey, zabaglione and homemade jam delivered directly into the suite tastes so good here again.

After breakfast, a walk along the lavender fields, which are in full bloom in June and July, is worthwhile. The summer months are of course particularly popular with guests and are therefore usually booked out well in advance. The 'Black Cabin' suite is one of two tree house accommodations that are part of the accommodation offer of an organic country farm.

Environmentally conscious guests can not only use a spacious pool facility, but also benefit from the organic products that are produced and sold on the farm. Among them cold-pressed olive oil of the highest quality and an own cosmetic line from ecologically-biologically cultivated lavender.

Cabina Nero

Meet the Flintstones for authentic Stone Age vacation on the Red Sea in Egypt!

Prehistoric themed Resort in Hurghada, Egypt | Yabba dabba doo! The Flintstone family would certainly be thrilled by the cave style ambience of this unusual Stone Age themed beach hotel with unique rock look on the Red Sea
Bedrock Hotel
Theme resort in Stone Age style for prehistoric holidays on the Red Sea in Hurghada

Yabba dabba doo in Egypt! The Flintstone family would certainly be thrilled by the prehistoric ambience of this unusual beach hotel on the Red Sea. The unique rock look of the all-inclusive resort for adults (from 16 years) awakens even in Europeans tired of civilization the sleeping cave people, who can finally celebrate happy origins here again.

The complex not only looks from the outside as if it had been driven directly into the bizarre rocky cliffs, but also continues its course inside with painted cave walls, imitation fur and 'Stone Age' design.

Those who have always wanted to spend holidays in the world of Barney Rubble and Fred Flintstone but without saber-toothed cats, Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm will be thrilled by the literally 'rustic' atmosphere of this unusual beach hotel with its own house reef.

In addition to prehistoric ambitions, the adult-only resort offers extensive leisure facilities, bars, restaurants, access to the beach and three pools as well as completely modern needs for comfort, cuisine and entertainment. Ideal for a refreshing'primitive' wellness stay. Only sabre-toothed tigers and dinosaurs have to stay outside (pets and children are not allowed).

The breathtaking cave world of the 'Bedrock' is the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in the good old times of Stone Age. Especially couples and sports enthusiasts enjoy the quirky theme hotel with its natural-looking rock facade an excellent reputation. Regular guests praise the special atmosphere of the complex and are enthusiastic about the colourful underwater world on the private house reef.

After a not so stone age check-in at the 24-hour reception in the inviting lobby hall (with 2 bars!), guests can expect an unusually designed hotel room in cave style. From the suitcase rack to the desk, everything seems to be made of solid stone. Curved wall surfaces and rugged ceilings quickly raise the question why living spaces must be rectangular and bounded by four walls? And whether smooth plastering is really synonymous with progress in civilisation? A true cave dweller does not ponder for long, but admires the (artificial) tiger fur over the projecting bed, which definitely does not originate from Ikea.

One achievement of modern man is the return to natural materials such as wood and stone, which our prehistoric ancestors have already made successful use of. The use of plastic was therefore avoided as far as possible when furnishing the hotel.

However, there are concessions to the technical innovations of our time in the form of LCD flat-screen televisions with satellite programmes, W-Lan (with costs), air conditioning, minibar, safe or hair dryer in the bathroom. Despite the extraordinary design, the 360 cave rooms of the theme hotel naturally also have electric light, sockets and hot water.

The entire complex comprises several rock-style buildings grouped around a garden with waterfalls and three heated outdoor pools. The guest rooms have a balcony with pool or sea view and are spread over four floors. The extensive facilities and services offered by the 5-star hotel (Egyptian classification) include laundry cleaning and medical care (both at extra cost), a hairdresser, beauty salon, souvenir shop, various shops, car rental, mini-market and a pharmacy. Discotheque and animation stage provide for cheerful party mood and entertainment.

Outside and on the private beach there is a diving center, a windsurfing and kite center, a beach restaurant, a beach bar and two pool bars with snacks. At the pool, beach and on the sun terrace, free deckchairs, parasols and bath towels are also available for guests.

The centre of Hurghada Dahar or Sekkala with bars, bistros, discos, restaurants and shops can be reached after about 12 kilometres (a shuttle service is offered for a fee). The lagoon town of El Gouna is only 10 kilometres away. Hurghada International Airport is about 15 kilometres away.
